Inspiration for objects

After looking at the work of Joshua Vides, I have became inspired to use objects in my artwork, the simple idea of covering an object in paint creates a drastic change to the original object. I have decided to test out this idea by creating edits on photoshop to see what they would look like, to help see if I would like to pursue this idea. I started by thinking of everyday objects that you would see a lot of, such as traffic cones, I wanted to use objects that usually appear in a big group together, so when I would paint one of them it would stand out in comparison to all of the others, and I would use the effect of the object standing out as a way for people to notice my work.
