I found Joshua Vides when one of his posts went viral on Instagram for a few weeks, a picture of a white shoe with black paint outlining all of its details to make it look like a sketch. With a bit of a deeper look into his work, I found that he paints a wide variety of objects in this way, and it is this that inspired me. I really like the idea of painting on objects, but not in the same way as Vides as he paints everything including your surroundings to crate a new environment for the viewer, but I would like to only paint one object to make it stand out in comparison to its original environment, and I would use this as a way for people to read what would be on the object.
